THE OFFICE CHRISTMAS DO was a whirlwind of flip chart mayhem in which guest/participants were hosted by a team of canny, talented and miss-informed staff development officers who step-changed the evening from dull winter to sparkling delight.

I was wondering what to do with my staff that would be a refreshing change from the usual meal out that ends in predictable mayhem and bad memories the next morning. I noticed the alternative Christmas party and thought why not. We got was more than I could have hoped for, pure madness, everyone got involved so no wallflowers wishing they weren’t there.
